At Noa & Claire, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

All tags must remain attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
2. Items Excluded from Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Earrings and other intimate jewelry

Swimwear and lingerie

Opened beauty products

Gift cards
3. How to Start a Return

We will provide instructions and the return address.

Ship the item(s) back within 14 days of notifying us.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after returning your original item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
