At Noa & Claire, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and securely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

 


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, all European Union countries, and select international destinations.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, simply contact us at info@noaandclaire.com, and we’ll do our best to arrange a special delivery.

 


2. Shipping Partners

To guarantee fast and reliable delivery, we work closely with trusted shipping partners:

  • Royal Mail (UK deliveries)

  • Evri (formerly Hermes) (tracked shipping)

  • DPD UK & DPD Europe (express & international deliveries)

Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 


3. Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or new launches, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

 


4. Shipping Costs

  • UK Standard Shipping: £4.95 (free for orders over £75)

  • EU & International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Note: Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 


5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

You can also log in to your Noa & Claire account to check your order status at any time.

 


6. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the customer.

  • If an order is refused or not collected, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

 


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we always strive to deliver on time, Noa & Claire is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Local postal disruptions

  • Strikes, weather issues, or other force majeure events

We will always assist you in tracking your order and resolving delivery issues with our carriers.

 


8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
