Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Withdrawal Period – the period within which the consumer can make use of their right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer – any natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

  • Day – a calendar day.

  • Distance Contract – any agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer within the framework of an organised distance sales system for products and/or services, whereby up to and including the conclusion of the contract, exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication.

  • Durable Data Carrier – any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them, enabling future consultation and unaltered reproduction.

  • Right of Withdrawal – the consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

  • Entrepreneur – the company KEV Commerce, trading as Noa & Claire.

  • General Terms & Conditions – these Terms & Conditions.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Noa & Claire and to every distance contract concluded between the consumer and the entrepreneur.

Before concluding a distance contract, these Terms & Conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate how the Terms & Conditions can be reviewed and will provide them upon request, free of charge.

 


Article 4 – The Offer

  • All offers on our website are non-binding and may be updated at any time.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only. Colours, textures, and materials may vary slightly due to screen settings or production variations.

  • Any obvious mistakes or typographical errors do not bind the entrepreneur.

 

 


Article 5 – The Agreement

  • The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and completes payment.

  • Once an order is placed, the consumer will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • Noa & Claire reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect personal details, or non-payment.

 

 


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers within the UK & EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing any reason.

  • To exercise this right, the consumer must notify us via email at info@noaandclaire.com.

  • The consumer must return the product within 14 days of notifying us, in original condition and packaging.

  • The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

 

 


Article 7 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  1. Products made to the consumer’s specifications.

  2. Items of a personal or hygienic nature, such as earrings, underwear, or opened beauty products.

  3. Gift cards and digital products once delivered.

 

 


Article 8 – Prices & Payments

  • All prices on the website are shown in GBP (or EUR where applicable) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes may apply depending on the delivery country.

  • Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available).

  • Noa & Claire reserves the right to change prices at any time but will honour the price confirmed at checkout.

 

 


Article 9 – Delivery

  • Orders are shipped using trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD UK.

  • Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout but may vary depending on location and customs clearance.

  • Once shipped, consumers will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Noa & Claire is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier strikes, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

 

 


Article 10 – Warranty & Liability

  • We guarantee that our products comply with the specifications stated on the website and are free from material defects at the time of delivery.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Noa & Claire is not liable for:

     

    • Normal wear and tear.

    • Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications of the product.

    • Delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.

     

 

 


Article 11 – Complaints

  • If you have a complaint, contact us at info@noaandclaire.com.

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and provide a full response within 14 days.

  • If the complaint cannot be resolved, disputes will be settled under Dutch law unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the consumer’s country apply.

 

 


Article 12 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. If you reside outside the Netherlands, mandatory consumer rights of your country may still apply.
